Order

If I order something online, can I pick up my order in the store?

Yes, you certainly can! Choose “pick-up in store” at the check-out. You will receive an e-mail from us when your order is ready to be picked up. And of course, this option will cost you nothing in shipping costs.

Will I receive the same product as in the picture?

The product pictures shown, correspond to the product. The attached atmospheric pictures might contain elements that do not belong to the products and are not included in the price. If there is any possibility that the product may be different in color, shape, … we always mention this in the description.

Can I get my order wrapped as a gift?

Yes of course. Just choose “gift wrap” at the check-out and we will turn it into a lovely gift!

When will an out-of-stock item be available again?

For each item that is out of stock, you can leave your email address. You will receive an automatic e-mail when it’s back in stock.

What are the payment options?

All payments on this webshop are made through Mollie’s electronic payment system.

Can I use my physical gift card online?

Yes, you certainly can! Use the barcode on your physical gift card.

Shipping

Can I get larger pieces such as furniture delivered outside the Benelux?

Yes, you certainly can! Send an e-mail to [email protected] and we will calculate the shipping costs for you.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Your order will be shipped within 3 working days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail so you can track your package.

Can I return my online order to the physical store?

You can return your online order to our physical store (Lippenslaan 297-299, Knokke, Belgium). If you would like a refund, this will be done via bank transfer and not in the physical store.

When will I get a refund after a return?

After we have properly received your return, you will receive a refund within 7 working days. The item must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.
